Training Code of Conduct

Effective Date: February 18, 2025
Applies To: All participants engaging in any training program, session, workshop, webinar, or community space hosted by NextGen World

1. Purpose of this Code

At NextGen World, we are committed to creating a respectful, impactful, and transformative learning environment for all individuals and organizations. This Code of Conduct outlines the expected behavior during our training programs and establishes standards to ensure safety, integrity, and professionalism throughout your learning experience.

By participating in any of our programs, you agree to adhere to the following guidelines.

2. General Expectations

Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that reflects:

  • Respect toward fellow learners, trainers, staff, and guest contributors
  • Integrity in participation, feedback, and use of resources
  • Confidentiality regarding any proprietary material, internal discussions, or case-specific insights
  • Open-mindedness to feedback, peer perspectives, and evolving AI practices

3. Professional Etiquette (Applies to Live or Virtual Sessions)

To maintain a productive learning space, all learners must:

  • Join sessions on time, with cameras enabled where applicable (unless exempted for accessibility reasons)
  • Avoid side conversations, unmuted distractions, or use of inappropriate backgrounds/images
  • Refrain from recording, screenshotting, or distributing any part of the session without written consent
  • Use professional and inclusive language when interacting with the trainer or peers
  • Keep questions relevant and on-topic to maximize session value for all participants

4. Responsible Use of Tools and Techniques

The frameworks, prompts, workflows, and AI tools demonstrated during training are meant solely for ethical and constructive usage.

Learners are expected to avoid any use of tools or templates for:

  • Plagiarism or deceptive content generation
  • Manipulation, misinformation, or non-compliant business practices
  • Unauthorized resale, sublicensing, or repackaging of the training methodology

5. Intellectual Property and Content Usage

All materials—slides, templates, recordings, toolkits, and proprietary systems—remain the exclusive property of NextGen World.

Participants may:

  • Use the materials for personal learning or internal company application (if applicable)
  • Reference frameworks with attribution (non-commercial use only)

Participants may not:

  • Modify and resell, rebrand, or redistribute any part of the training
  • Use trainer-created materials in paid client work unless licensed to do so
  • Share login access, duplicate files, or re-upload any content publicly or privately

6. Community Conduct (Applies to WhatsApp, Slack, or LMS Groups)

Community participation is encouraged—but must remain civil, purposeful, and brand-safe. The following are not allowed:

  • Solicitation of services, job opportunities, or personal promotions
  • Spamming, chain messages, or unrelated media
  • Sharing of controversial, discriminatory, or polarizing content
  • Undermining, disrespecting, or directly challenging trainers or team members in public forums

Violations may lead to immediate removal from the group and revocation of access without refund or appeal.

7. Confidentiality and Trust

Participants must treat all shared examples, enterprise case studies, or peer inputs as confidential and non-shareable.

This includes:

  • Screens shared during demos
  • Verbal discussions around client implementations
  • Personal insights or questions raised by fellow learners

8. Feedback & Grievances

We welcome constructive feedback through official forms or email. If you encounter any inappropriate conduct during training, please report it discreetly to:
📩 info@nextgenworld.co.in

Public criticism, confrontation, or negative remarks made during live sessions or community spaces may result in disciplinary action, including removal.

9. Non-Compliance & Disciplinary Action

Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct—whether in a single instance or through ongoing behavior—may result in one or more of the following actions, at the sole discretion of NextGen World:

  • Verbal or written warning
  • Restricted access to sessions or communities
  • Immediate suspension or termination of participation
  • Revocation of certifications or credentials
  • Denial of re-entry into future programs

No refunds or reversals will be provided in cases of removal due to Code violations.

10. Final Interpretation

NextGen World reserves the sole right to interpret, update, or enforce this Code based on the context and nature of any incident. All decisions made by the facilitators, moderators, or leadership team are considered final and binding.

By participating in our trainings, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood this Code of Conduct
  • You agree to uphold the values of professionalism, privacy, and mutual respect

You accept that any breach may lead to corrective or disciplinary action
