Applies To: All online courses, bootcamps, workshops, corporate sessions, and custom programs offered by NextGen World.
1. General Policy Overview
At NextGen World, we are committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences grounded in real-world results. All our programs are carefully structured, immediately actionable, and include proprietary content and toolkits. Due to the digital nature, instant access, and custom-built nature of our offerings, all purchases are considered final and non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise under specific circumstances listed below.
2. Individual Learners (B2C)
All course and workshop purchases made by individuals (students, professionals, freelancers, etc.) fall under the following guidelines:
A. Digital Products (Self-Paced, Pre-Recorded, Live Bootcamps)
- Once enrolled and payment is processed, no refunds or cancellations are applicable—regardless of attendance or completion status.
- Requests for transfer to a future batch or replacement access may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are purely discretionary.
B. Live Workshops or Group Sessions
- In the event of technical issues or personal emergencies, learners may request session re-access, subject to availability and facilitator approval.
- No-show participants (absent without prior notice) are not eligible for make-up sessions, extensions, or refunds.
3. Enterprise Clients (B2B)
Due to the customized, consultative, and resource-intensive nature of our enterprise training programs, all payments are governed by the terms stated in the client agreement. However, general terms are as follows:
- All sessions once scheduled are non-cancellable. In rare cases, sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 7 days’ notice, subject to trainer availability and alignment with the internal calendar.
- Postponements made within 48 hours of the session date may attract a rescheduling fee equivalent to 25% of the session fee.
- Once customization work begins, any early termination by the client will not entitle them to a refund for any portion of work already initiated or completed.
- Deliverables such as AI toolkits, prompt libraries, and training templates are provided under limited-use licenses and are non-refundable once delivered.
4. One-on-One Sessions & AI-as-a-Service
- Personalized sessions (e.g., consulting, strategy calls, AI workflow design) are non-refundable once booked.
- Missed 1:1 sessions without minimum 24-hour written notice will be marked as completed and are not eligible for rebooking or refund.
5. Exceptions (If Applicable)
A refund may be considered under the following limited circumstances:
- Duplicate payment due to a system or billing error (proof required)
- Accidental charge with no content access, provided the request is made within 2 hours of transaction and access has not been granted
- Failure to deliver due to a confirmed fault from NextGen World (e.g., session not conducted, content not delivered)
All exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and any refund, if approved, may take up to 21 working days to process via the original payment method.
6. Promotional & Discounted Offers
Programs purchased under a discounted rate, bundle, campaign offer, or coupon code are considered final sale and are not eligible for cancellation or refund under any circumstance.
7. Transfer of Access
- Access to any course, material, or session is non-transferable to another individual or entity.
- Sharing login credentials, duplicating materials, or unauthorized redistribution is strictly prohibited and may lead to account suspension without refund.
8. Policy Interpretation & Final Decision
All refund and cancellation requests are evaluated internally. NextGen World reserves the sole and final discretion to interpret, modify, or apply this policy in unique situations. Decisions made by the leadership or designated support team are final and binding.
