Effective Date: Will be announced upon official LMS release
Drafted on: July 17, 2025
Applies To: All future users of the NextGen World Learning Management System (LMS)
1. Introduction
At NextGen World, we are in the final phases of developing our proprietary Learning Management System (LMS)—a central platform designed to enhance your digital learning journey with structured modules, AI toolkits, progress tracking, and access to exclusive content.
While the LMS is not yet live, this preview policy outlines the general terms and conduct that will apply once access is officially rolled out.
2. Early Disclaimer
As of today, all training is conducted via alternate platforms (e.g., live sessions, email, Google Drive, WhatsApp, etc.). The policies below will come into full effect only once the LMS platform is released and user onboarding begins.
We are sharing this now to maintain transparency, clarity, and readiness—so there are no surprises once the platform is active.
3. User Access & Eligibility
Upon launch:
- LMS access will be provided only to verified, enrolled participants of eligible courses or programs
- Each user will receive a unique login ID, valid for single-user access only
- Credentials may not be shared, transferred, or reused under any circumstance
NextGen World reserves the right to suspend access in cases of unauthorized usage or system abuse.
4. Permitted Use
The LMS is designed exclusively for:
- Engaging in assigned course material
- Downloading officially provided templates or resources
- Tracking personal learning progress and submitting assessments
- Accessing session replays, toolkits, and bonus content (if applicable)
Any other use—such as redistribution, duplication, or commercial exploitation—is prohibited.
5. Content Ownership
All materials hosted on the LMS—videos, PDFs, frameworks, prompt libraries, case studies—remain the exclusive intellectual property of NextGen World.
Users may:
- View and download for personal or internal team use only
- Reference content with attribution (non-commercial)
Users may not:
- Upload content to public or private platforms
- Use materials to build competing products, services, or courses
- Remove watermarks, modify, or falsely attribute authorship
6. Monitoring & Data Collection
To improve the learning experience, the LMS may track:
- Time spent on modules
- Completion progress and quiz attempts
- User engagement patterns (e.g., click behavior, downloads)
This data is collected solely for internal optimization and learner support, and will be handled as per our Privacy Policy.
7. Code of Conduct
All users are expected to maintain professionalism and courtesy when engaging with discussion forums, group assignments, or community features built into the LMS.
Harassment, spamming, trolling, or unapproved solicitation may lead to immediate suspension and loss of access.
8. Technical Disruptions & Maintenance
During the early stages post-launch, occasional maintenance windows or feature updates may occur. While we aim for a stable and seamless experience, we ask for patience during initial rollout phases.
NextGen World is not liable for temporary access disruptions caused by system updates, internet issues, or third-party tool integrations.
9. Future Customizations & Tiers
As we scale, LMS features may vary depending on:
- Course level (basic vs. advanced)
- License type (individual vs. enterprise)
- Add-on services (e.g., custom GPT libraries, AI workflow builders)
Full feature access is subject to eligibility and enrollment status.
10. Final Note
The LMS is being built not just as a content hub—but as an evolving execution platform for real AI adoption. Once released, all users will be required to formally agree to the final version of this policy during the onboarding process.
Until then, this preview serves as a non-binding outline of the expectations to come.
